Research & Development
Research is an important aspect of being a World War Two Reenactor. Without proper research, we cannot achieve the level of realism that we seek to portray at Tactical Battle Reenactments, nor can we educate the public on the subject of World War Two. How can we teach someone about a subject when we are not familiar with it ourselves? As Reenactors, we consider ourselves amateur historians, seeking to enhance our knowledge on the subject of World War Two in order to pass our knowledge on to others – whether it is other reenactors, or the public. With this in mind, through our Research, we honor the service of those who put themselves at risk for our country; and if we keep the memory of their service alive, then though they may be gone, they will never be forgotten.
